Internship Description

This program focuses on developing inner-city youth ages 17-25 who come from challenging backgrounds. Youth receive training in conservation, urban agriculture, construction, financial literacy, cultural and society awareness, professional development and entrepreneurship, then work in crews of 5 on various projects. They also receive mentoring, life coaching, and career counseling.
