    Internship Description

A Mosaics in Science Internship (MIS) is a rich opportunity to work side-by-side with scientists and other professionals. Interns are part of bat research, bird surveys, seed collection projects, geological surveys, archeological explorations, and much more. Interns receive additional training through weekly webinars.  The goal of MIS is to increase relevancy, diversity, and inclusion in the National Park Service (NPS) through science-based internships. There are 24 sites across the United States applicants can apply too. Internships include a stipend and housing/travel costs are covered.
